Please note that the registration fee includes accommodation only for participants opting to stay in the on-campus hostels. It does not cover hotel accommodation. While the organizing team has negotiated discounted rates at two nearby hotels, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own stay.

4. This will open the registration portal. Please have the following details ready before you begin your registration:

3. Enter the OTP received by email in the provided space.
4. This will open the abstract submission portal, where the following details are required. Please have them ready before starting your submission:
   1. Name of the presenting author (full name)
   2. Contact number (WhatsApp)
   3. Country
   4. Presenting author’s institution
   5. Presenting author’s postal address
   6. Mode of participation (Student, Postdoc, or Faculty)
   7. Abstract title
   8. List of authors with affiliations. Use the following format:
      NameA(1), NameB(2), NameC(1); (1)Affiliation of NameA and NameC, (2)Affiliation of NameB
   9. Abstract content (less than 200 words; should cover introduction, objectives, and key findings)
   10. Are you actively looking for a postdoc position?
       • Please indicate “Yes” if you are in your final year of PhD or have recently completed it and are actively seeking a postdoc position.
       • If yes, please provide year of joining PhD and expected year of submission.
   11. Are you actively looking for a faculty position in India?
       • Please indicate “Yes” if you are an advanced postdoctoral fellow actively seeking a faculty position in India.
       • If yes, please upload your CV.
5. You should receive an email confirmation intimation after submission.
6. Selected abstracts will be intimated at a later date.
